It's the kids /grown men acting up that's the problem not the protest. They are being encited to act by reading the over the top views and abuse on social media not being told to do it but the people posting no what will happen without directly saying it,, to storm Beth's office, fight with our stewards, ripping tvs off the walls etc shows the intellect of what some our fans will do. The people posting the bile on social media are as guilty as the idiots acting up.
My view is we have good enough players in our squad to do well next season, we are not in debt as a club so we should all support our team, when we have no players of any quality left and are massively in debt then I will hand out the posters and be at the front of the board out crowd.
If your view is different then you are welcome to it and stay away but don't get in the way of me and my family supporting the reds. I don't want to see or hear violence or abuse and I don't have to and I'm not staying away.

    The throwing tins thing
I guess people can spin it any direction they desire based on there motives to do that

they were asking for items and one of the items mentioned was tinned tomatoes.
throwing tomatoes or rotten tomatoes at people is a age old tradition done to show disapproval of said person/s or there performance..

i am sure when he saw the headline he thought it would be a funny or witty reply to that post
based on the poor performances he had seen.

As of any answer in the internet world people tend to twist these things in any which direction they desire
there real motive for this is unfortunately to draw attention to themselves

I just hope people remember that nothing here is the fault of any of the matchday team - the caterers, stewards, car park attendants, turnstile operators, safety officers, police officers, box office staff, club shop staff, ball boys, or anyone who is not involved in board level stuff and is just doing their job so our football club can host professional football matches. The behaviour of some of our 'fans' to club employees has been disgraceful in recent weeks.

By all means have an opinion, but I really hope a section of our fans this weekend don't get sucked into thinking they're 'sticking it to the man' by being total arsés.

If you wait until then @Duntpasstome it will be too late. Totally agree with what you say about violence but now we know what our owners are about something has to be done, I think us as fans are culpable if we just turn a blind eye to the way they are using our club.

Out of interest what comments do you believe are inciting violence? Do you specifically mean the FB group calling for a protest or general comments criticising our owners?

And sadder still they are the ones who will suffer most when the inevitable job losses come at the end of the season.

Oh I completely agree - which is why the 'spokesperson' has to be whiter than white.

Let's look at the facts then, rather than opinions:

Has the number of incidents of violence increased since the formation of Conway out? Yes.

Have Conway Out produced proof of a new owner, after guaranteeing that this was in place? No.

I will not be raising one of their posters.

My gut feeling is that in current circumstances and in view of recent vandalism/behaviour holding up posters will not be enough for some people.
There are morons in our fan base who will use the situation and the simmering discontent to take things further than simply holding up a placard. It won't be enough for them. It's too bland an activity for some and doesn't 'solve' anything on the day itself or allow them to vent frustrations and aggression as they would like so I personally think there will probably be instances of bad behaviour. Hopefully, as Gravy has said, no one gets hurt and any genuine protest isn't overshadowed by moronic action.
That's my gut feeling as I say. Hopefully I'm completely wrong.

Ahah I got banned from the group for more or less saying their organisation of the protest was rubbish. Less than 2 week before it was due and I didn’t know when it was and less than five mentions of it in the group.

if they wanted to do a good organised protest they should having been rambling on about it for weeks.

now suddenly they haven’t got time to do it right, because they don’t have a ******* clue what they are doing. The group and that luke are as big a joke as BFC are at the minute.

    There's that 'something' word again.

Hopefully this time, the 'something' isn't vandalism or violence.

So what do you propose? He's proposed and helped organise handing out posters for people to hold up at the match. Nothing violent or vandal like with that.

Haven't a clue really - I'd change the name of the organisation for a start. I'd stop making promises about owners with funds in place when so far its unproven. I wouldn't associate myself with vandalds who spray paint the name of the group in our toilets.

When I was organising something for a specific date, I wouldn't leave it till the last minute and then say there's no time to do anything properly organised.

I wouldn't keep replying to the clubs twitter account with 'amusing' gifs that have foul language in them.

I wouldn't have used a meeting in the Garrison as what essentially was a glorified ego trip as Tykes TV Live, to ignore the CEO who was in attendance, despite moaning that the Supporters Trust didn't ask hard enough questions.

If I did have 'backers', I'd be working in the background making sure everything was in place legally. I'd speak to solicitors to ensure proof of funds were in place, and that the current owners actually wish to sell - which is probably the most important factor.

All this online bluster is completely unprofessional, and only undermines any potential new owners. It just makes us look like thugs, and causes potential issues with SYP. It's causing our Tough Guys to assault Beth, storm the Box Office and Club Shop. It's stoking them up to have a go at Stewards, who are probably working on minimum wage trying to earn a crust - which in turn has made the club spend more money on said stewards as we are clearly anticipating trouble tomorrow.

I'd love to eat my words. I'd love us to have new owners in place. But this is absolutely not the way to do it. It's unprofessional and it's causing unnecessary trouble for lots of people.

Would you be prepared to organise something yourself? Or would you rather cry about it online?
