Whilst im totally against the situation at the club at the minute, we have been here before then had a season like last year, this season as been shocking 2 wrong appointments out of their depth meanwhile we are financially secure i would rather see this than go the ways of derby, wigan reading etc but we need to adjust finances and take an hit for 1 maybe 2 seasons that payment for premier league promotion gives it back then relegation gives you 3 year parachute payments. We cannot compete with the financially corrupt or parachute payments thats why league 1 is a blessing then hopefully conway n crew realise the issues we are not a playtoy we are a proud club that deserves better

I will be going to the match and holding the paper up. i wont be smashing seats or abusing staff etc.
However, we need to stand up to these clowns or we are going to keep falling !
Also, looking at our squad i don’t think we will be competitive at all next season, particularly if we keep the present coach

ive not set up a group in order to arrange a protest and Claimed to have had 10000 posters printed.

If I had then I’d do it right and not half heartedly. This protest was supposedly being organised weeks ago, 2000+ members in the group, yet suddenly no time to organise at correctly.

They even organised a charity event to talk to folk in person and didn’t discuss detailed plans for a protest.

The poster (presumably) says Conway out.
What, in that, incites violence? If you hold one up are you going to then start thumping a steward? Of course not.
I've not got Facebook but I can imagine the sort of people who are on it. I'm unimpressed to say the least by some of the comments I've read that have come out of there.
Again.....the poster says Conway out. It's a simple message of discontent. If you're not happy with the way the club is being run what do you actually intend to do about it? Sit on your hands?

Think that's why they don't want any fans next year - so no one will know how dead we are as a club

That's the point though isn't it. They've done nothing but criticise the Trust and it turns out they couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.

Since the Facebook Group was formed, we've had two home games. There has been violence or vandalism at both of those games.

Whilst not directly inciting violence, peddling the 'something has got to be done' stance doesn't half give our local intelligence the excuse.

And what do I intend to do about it? Not a lot. I'll be voting with my feet by not renewing next season and hitting them in the pocket. What I wont be doing is telling everyone that I've got a financial backer, then deflecting everything when questioned about this.

Let me make it clear, I am anti-PMG or whatever they're called. But I'm more anti 'Conway Out' as I don't want to be associated with anything to do with that Group.

Are they the only options? I think Boris Johnson is a grade a cnt, but I don’t intend to run for prime minister as a result.

seriously what part of I’m not organising a protest don’t you understand. IM NOT ORGANISING A PROTEST AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING SO.

These guys have set up a group over a month ago with the sole intention of organising a protest. yet they have completely failed to organise it for the day they intended. :D

There's a Facebook Group called Boris Out that I've joined. They've got someone who they say will takeover as PM, but they won't reveal who it is yet. There's a PowerPoint Presentation coming soon though to let us know.

Have the number of incidents increased after me eating a cheese sarnie in December.

Yes but there is no correlation.

I fully agree that the FB group are a shambles.
I don't believe a word about the so called new owners ready to take over.
What we're talking about here though is holding up a bit of paper for 30 seconds.
It seems 60% of people would rather squabble with the FB group on a non controversial, peaceful gesture than actually send a message to our current board.
I cannot fathom it. But that's me done on the issue.

If only all the ire against a Facebook group of 2000 reds fans could be directed at the owners of the club.

Things that have happened since the formation of a group on Facebook called ‘Conway out’
    1 COVID infections have fallen
2 Inflation has hit a 30 year high
3 Tension has escalated on the border of Ukraine with Putin massing troops
    4 Barnsley haven’t won a football game
5 The transfer window brought no permanent signings.

These devils on Facebook have a lot to answer for.

In that case better not do anything he was the one who over saw the summer window and went out of the usual methods to signs sicknote and iseka. The whole season has been a joke the ***** recruitment, the head coaches, the lack of communication, the missing money i could go on.... but lets do nothing at all.

To be fair I wouldn't expect there to be a correlation, that would be really weird.

However a group of 2000 people who are really angry are rolling around in an equally angry echo chamber, and their spokesperson is being a bit Trumpian with his calls for "action" and hijacking a food bank tweet by the club and suggesting people chuck tins.

A cheese sarnie can't do that.

As one who can't be there, I'm curious to know what the "poster" is going to look like. A proper professional job or fat marker pen on an A4 piece of paper?

This and the cheese sandwich take are pretty bizarre ones. They're almost too far the opposite way, where the views they they are solely to blame are too far one way as well.

Unless people were spray painting COVID OUT/PUTIN OUT on the toilets? As always, the truth is likely somewhere in the middle of both viewpoints.
