Classics wise I’ve always loved the 69 Mustang and the Porsche 911. Newer cars I’d maybe say the McLaren Senna or the Ferrari LaFerrari.
One that starts first time when I turn the ignition. Make, model, colour & engine size are irrelevant to me
alfa romeo giulia quadrifoglio... in red... a thing of beauty. I once had an old 1967 Giulia sprint GTV in the early mid 1970's (1570cc with chain driven DOHC) one of my first cars....Black white and rust - had to abandon it as it kept blowing head gaskets at £400 a pop which was about 3 months wages at the time. I could only insure it at such a tender age as I worked for the insurance company. Used to leave Escort Mexico's and RS2000s for dead at traffic lights which was a shock to the boy racers that owned them seeing as my Alfa looked like it was ready to go to the scrappers. They fetch a fortune nowadays. Most 2.0 litre TDIs would leave it standing nowadays though.
Had a Triumph Dolomite myself, had it resprayed from that Brown they did to Black, it were a pearlier......however dream car back then was a Triumph Stag!!!!....proper misters car!
Ive had 2 E-type roadsters, 3 Porsche 911s, two BMW 5-Series and currently a Porsche Taycan. The Taycan is great but a bit too wide for tight parking.
I'd love my first car back. Bought in 1991. Peugeot 205 1.6 GTI. A D reg. ..... in white. I'm no boy racer but it was a beast.
