It seems papers have been posted to the judge to abandon the trial as the parties have reached an agreement.

I wonder if they’ve bought off the authorities too (I’d imagine some diplomatic tit for tat).

I wonder if any public money has been used to pay off his noncey misdeeds. I imagine the Queen has had to dig deep to avoid the embarrassment of a trial and him being cross-examined.

    Time to get rid.

    Ghislaine Maxwell writing just now:

"Dearest Andrew. Help me out here. Or you will be back in the headlines quicker than a helicopter"

I believe the Queen had agreed to foot the bill no matter what the cost.

    But yeah; it’s our money.

That said, no worse value than the government allowing fraudsters to keep our money. Arguably not as bad at least in this case it’s the victim that gets our money.

Anyone else finding it odd that the ‘taxpayers alliance’ aren’t on the news every day to complain about this?

If it’s monies from “the Crown Estate” it isn’t tax payers money.
Still outrageous though. I understand not wanting to be dragged through the courts, but now it just looks like guilt, even if by some chance he isn’t guilty.

I personally think the guy's been stitched up, she wasn't a child she was 17, she's got a good pay out and will undoubtedly write a book, do chat show appearances and make shed loads of money, quite frankly after marrying Sarah Ferguson, a woman so unsightly, I wouldn't give her the kiss of life with a foot pump, the bloke deserves to be cut some slack.

If it was me and I knew I was not guilty Id go the whole way regardless of the outcome. It's maybe just me as a very principled mother f u r k er.

15 ish years or so ago i was looking at doing time for something I hadn't done. 7-8 court appearances later the Police threw it out. Lies lies and more lies. Last one that got adjourned at the last minute and I had my bag packed ready...... they decided to drop all charges and the Police duo in question got disciplined for falsifying evidence after the CCTV eventually materialised.

Can’t make my mind up if that’s ground bait or one of the most absurd things I’ve read on here!
Seriously hope he hasn’t the front to claim something like he’s innocent and only did it to spare her and the queen , then try to turn up in one of his toy soldier outfits

Especially if you had a blank chequebook when it comes to legal spend.

I was just suggesting that it's distasteful to imply that victims of sex trafficking are money grabbers when they seek justice.

Why is that "woke" rather than just "not being a ****"?

Why is it "woke"? Surely questioning an out of court settlement for alleged sexual assault should be everyone's default position??
