Apologies in advance if this has been discussed recently. I’m on my jollies so have dipped in and out of the BBS the last week or 2. I still have 4 tickets to use due to being a reserved plus member. Can I use them for upcoming home games? I ask as they haven’t been mentioned on the official site in a while. Plus with the West Stand being shut I assume there’s very little space for non season ticket holders so wouldn’t be surprised if it was on hold for the time being. And no, I haven’t rung the club. I’m not spending half my jolly on hold / put through to bleeding Ticketmaster……… Thanks in advance!
I went to exercise my right to Flexi tickets today, only to find there were none registered against my season tickets, or the kids season tickets. The box office staff now have to speak to the head of finance to see if they can do anything about it, but just wondered if anyone else had had an issue. My brother in law is visiting from Dubai so it seemed the ideal time to use two.
I rang the club yesterday and was told that not only could they be used at the moment but any leftover will be able to be used next season too.
They are available for this season and next. I've used 2 out of 20 (5 people) and only paid postage. I had to ensure I had the other 4 linked to my account. And so pretty much can use them when I want. No restrictions are on the tickets either. So in my case had 1 adult, 1 OAP, 2 u17s and an u11 or whatever it was. They are tickets that are issued in no specific category, rather than the original category. Which is useful on my part, as 2 of them would be in different categories now
The problem appears to be that when I registered for them, they didn't attach to my accounts. The head of finance has sorted it and added it. Thanks once more to the box office.
I've had absolutely no success in trying to redeem them. It's an absolute disgrace and I'm well cheesed off. I just cannot find anyone who wants to watch us!
Did anybody donate theirs to the NHS workers…..as if the poor buggers haven’t suffered enough over the last eighteen months or so.
I used one last week. My girlfriends dad wanted to come (I don't know why either). I told him I've got 2 tickets left he can use, he was then offered 4 from both of my parents, my brother and my mate. So he's essentially got a season ticket for free.
