    We need to stop messing around with cheap untested coaches and a plan that doesn’t work. We need to find a spine of experience and build a team around it. Depressing reading same old same old blah blah blah

    We need to get our heads together as a squad. We need to look eachother in the eyes. We need to be honest. We need to fight for every ball. We need to be up for the fight. We need to either out the manager or play for him. We need to tell him if the tactics don't work. We need to look fans and be able to tell them honestly we're here because we want to be. We need to show the fans were not just here for a weekly wage. We need to individually and collectively do our jobs to the best of our abilities. WE NEED TO BE HONEST AND TRUE TO OURSELF AND OUR SUPPORTERS. ......... That's all CS is asking.

    I don't understand this obsession with clean sheets, especially when we aren't keeping them. We need goals.

    Me neither. But then I've never really seen the appeal. Football to me is goals!

    All Poya talks about is our defending too. And our counter attacks. It's clearly not working. Can someone point it out to him? I don't feel sorry for the guy any more, I think it's embarrassing.
