I think you’ll find the two are very closely correlated.

The home ends looked fuller today. Looked like some of those that have been staying away had come back.

I still don't like the way the club is been run. I don't trust these owners. I want to hear the explanation for the £750k and if more payments are going to be made to pay for the purchase of the club using the clubs own funds.
I don't like the fact we have gone from a club that makes ends meet by selling off our best player every so often to essentially a showground for a whole group of youngsters with the primary objective of selling players at profit. It no longer feels that winning football games are number 1 priority.
I'm pleased we have picked up, I thought we played well yesterday and i hoe we pull off a miracle. I enjoyed the game yesterday (at home) and have considered going to a few before the end of the season. The reality is I probably won't and I will not be renewing.
Having said all that I do agree with some of the comments above. If we start doing well again then people won't care as much about the owners and the finances of the club.
For me I will not put another penny into the club under my current mindset.

Really well said, have strong opinions and principles and stand behind them. Whether I agree with you or not your stance is respected.

You’ve had stick for putting up daft polls and then sulking when they don’t go your way.

From my point of view nothing has changed. Not a penny more from me spent at Oakwell from me from now on. Will go to away games next year but not interested in helping billionaires buy stuff with my money.

Never sulked away, some times better to stop banging your head against a brick wall. Like @Redstone i have stuck to my opinion even though his is the opposite to mine.

Sorry but that’s how you come across sometimes though no wish to get into an argument about it. We all have the clubs best interests at heart. Some of us aren’t happy about being an investment vehicle for producing players to sell at a profit at the expense of all else including sporting success. Others are fine with it. You pays your money you take your choice.

It has been explained to you hundreds of times on here - people will support the players when they put the effort in. Always have, always will.

But people still are unhappy with The Board. Their failures still remain. Their dishonesty is still prevalent.

Just because we've won a few games does not change this.

Cole Kpekawa!!! That's a blast from the past. I looked him up he's still only 25 but already playing for Hemel Hempstead.

The list of young players we've signed who have been bone idle and shown absolutely no desire to improve is actually really long. Didn't we have a young lad on loan from man utd too? A midfielder possibly? Then the young arsenal lad who's dad was a famous player

    A few random
Spot on Fonzie. Imo there's a noticeable difference in 'fight' from the players in the last 3/4 games (Coventry aside perhaps) - physical effort, commitment in tackles, getting a foot in, getting blocks in (how good was that last ditch tackle by Jordan Williams yesterday btw!) in comparison to previously. Giving that sort of effort and commitment and they deserve and get the support.

But as you say, for me the owners have done nothing to cause me to change their view and in some respects it's worse - this season could and should have been comfortable but for their continued dogmatic adherence to their transfer strategy and the p*ss poor succession planning. And the £750k, the completely rubbish matchday experience, the obvious unwillingness to engage with the fans, (i.e. the requested interview), the January signings coming right at the end of the window etc.

And the CEO too, for the debacle of the West Stand closure - still unexplained, the delay in sacking Schopp and his poor replacement. I expect because we've now won 3 out of 4 some will tell me I'm wrong and it's a good appointment but whilst I'm delighted we are now fighting (and yes I was right behind them yesterday), I think we will end up relegated and it'll be down to not acting soon enough and Poya taking too long to make a difference and not winning in the first 11 games. Massively frustrating given that it's not a strong division this season.

From the hallowed WSL the east and ponty still looked quite sparse. Not as bad as QPR, but still sparse

It was busier than recent games but you’re right it was still sparse. Put that down to better weather, more confidence, and a couple of decent results. Still loads of work to do.

Interestingly, Southampton looked empty on Friday night compared to normal home games. They’re having a great season, but as soon as there’s an easy excuse not to go people these days can be swayed.

I hope the club realise that they need to speak again properly before the tickets come out.

I'm a fan of the ownership/ model but that doesn't mean they can get away with anything they want.

I like the cornerstones of what they/ P Cryne brought to the club Post Wilson sacking.

I understand others don't but everyone's allowed an opinion.

Wasn't Wilson sacked at the beginning of 2015 and the 80% mob only arrived in December 2017? Just 55 days short of 3 years between the two events
