He should speak it in interviews then. I wouldn't want a manager who uses a translator in interviews. They drag longer than they need to be.
Not sure about that. Broken English and having to think more before you put your words together can make it last longer.
Absolute genius without a doubt . Got them promoted kept them up playing football not hoofball. Didn't park the bus up. Just miffed at the fickle Leeds fans glad he's gone. I know a lot will be hugely dissapointed. I've watched a few games under him on TV and it's a breath of fresh air.
I've loved the style of football, but would an absolute genius have gone 30 years in management with only an Olympics Gold and three Argentinean titles as his major trophies? He achieved the expectation getting Leeds out of the Championship with the money they spent on him and the players he attracted.
It's more than most premier and ex premier league managers have acheived. Wasn't long before Bruce got another job. I would not put him amongst the likes of cloughie and Revie and Ferguson but he's a bloody good coach.
Appreciate he had a vision for the game, and is talked up a lot by some modern coaches, but when it comes down to genuine success there's not much there for a 32 year career. He's a million miles off Revie, Ferguson and Clough. Sean Dyche has achieved more with Burnley than Bielsa has with Leeds. Having a Plan B is an important part of being a football manager at the elite level.
A Leeds fan as just been on TalkSport moaning about the possibility of appointing Jesse Marsch saying “he’s had a good season in the Austrian league can anyone name a good Austrian manager ??” Our last Austrian wasn’t great was he
I know quite a few Leeds fans (unfortunately) and all of them are gutted he's gone, to be fair to them.

Apparently he doesn't speak English in Press Conferences as he believes you can only express yourself fully in your native language.
Is there a reason Bielsa didn't want to speak in English if he was fluent? I remember Bale (if memory serves correct?) getting a lot of stick for not wanting to learn/speak Spanish whilst playing in Madrid. Genuine question!
He doesn’t interview in English because he was once interviewed by sky and they took the piss out of his English.
You said he was a million miles away from Revie and Clough who won 2 English div 1 titles each whereas Bielsa won 3 Argentine titles. Just wondered why that constituted being a million miles away.
