    You could always drop them a message on social media (Facebook or Twitter probably best) and ask them. I’ve seen a few people online saying they did that.

    Saw someone today saying they phoned and they couldn't delay it now the tariff had been removed. It may be worth a go, but laziness may get the better of me. Its only a month and my usage should go down as we'll be at the caravan the next few weekends.
    At least I have the peace of mind I'm covered for the October price rise next year and just hope (as we all do) it starts to move the other way after that. While it's a hit in the pocket I can afford the new rates. I think back to around 10 years ago, when the kids were first born and we had just bought our first home. I was on a hell of a lot less money than I am now and I was often overdrawn heading into pay day, I don't know how I would have survived this kind of price hike and I'm sure many are going to be struggling after April.
