    Perception of offside on the dummy but from the initial pass he was well on. Then it was an arched run so he actually dropped back before running on to the ball. Clever goal.

    Trouble with that is we can’t get any sort of consistency to capitalise .
    Too many performances like this first half than the first half against Boro .
    Can’t even begin to try and see just what tactics we’ve employed this half as it ain’t attacking and it ain’t defensive and it ain’t trying to contain em .
    I’ve been critical of players but judging by some of the games they must be confused as hell what he wants from em .
    We have to give it a go till end of season surely he can see that and fans will get behind that initiative but that first half is baffling as to what we’re doing .

    Question is, does Poya have the tactical nous to change things round for the Second half and who out of Kitching, Benson, Palmer, Oduor, Halme or Cole has the ability to be a game-changer?

    Sometimes the players just perform poorly. I don’t see a change in shape or as someone has claimed that we’ve setup for a draw. But if moves don’t come off and players don’t find a man, you can’t get up the field and attack them. Everything was coming off against Boro but only Morris’ chance has come off today.

    On one hand we’re talking about how many individual mistakes we’re making and players being anonymous. Then on the other saying we’re not getting up the pitch. Hard to do the latter when you’ve got the former. On the players to turn this around second half for me.

    I still think he was off personally. He didn’t even celebrate the goal straight away.

    Anyway, all pretty trivial as we were poor defensively. On to a much improved second half!
