    First game of the series. A depleted bowling attack. There’s not a cat in hells chance anyone will attempt to force a win.

    Well batted yesterday though, I hope lees can get a score this series and he should get a go for the summer

    No not really, some absolute quality batting & as the day went on the ball is getting lower , rain interruptions kept freshening things up , the hope is that the wicket might break up but now with time being taken out of the game this is less likely , nailed on draw now me thinks .

    I didn"t say it wasn"t but every now & then the ball was keeping low & it will continue to deteriorate , but take nothing away from Crawley & Root they batted superbly yesterday although I realise it is not the done thing to compliment any English cricketer on the BBS .
