    POYA IN.
He's had a very challenging situation to deal with. With the acquisition of Qina and Bassi and with Remy Vita coming to the fore we've been more cohesive, played with better shape and looked more positive.
We do lack quality in midfield but if he could find that missing link, then crazy as it sounds we could survive.
    Fat lady.
If we dont I'd keep him for next season in League 1 on the basis that, with his oaching team, they are building a bonded group of players.

Bristol City have had recent success by setting up 5-3-2 with Weimann and Da Silva as wing backs and I think those two are the ones we will most need to watch and manage. Offensive-wise, we will need to get Bassi and Brittain, as well as Quina and Vita into the spaces behind the wing-backs. Defensive-wise, the same players will need to prevent Bristol City overlapping into wide positions and getting crosses in. Its a different task from Fulham. We really do need the three points tonight, but surely it won't be another 2-2 draw? Halme for the late equaliser again?

Anything less than a win won't do. Derby have 5 home games to come, we need to keep the gap!

I wouldnt keep him for league one, even the last 2 games stoke we scored a worldie and created little fulham a soft pen and again created little.
I know he hasnt been dealt a great hand but i find him very negative is negativity cost us 2 points v stoke trying to defend a one goal lead.
