    Apparently in trouble with EFL for breaking the rules. I think the EFL should show no mercy and throw the book at them , much like they do with the much bigger championship clubs who stray from the rigid rules….. Oh! Hang on a minute….

    It appears a party tried to takeover the club without prior approval from the EFL. I'm no expert on things like this, but it looks like a large stake in the football club was sold to a group without following the usual channels. When the EFL got involved, the potential buyer released their share in the club.

    Yep, took over control of club without advising EFL and more specifically the Owners & Directors test.
    When asked to complete the OAD, withdrew from Club and have refused since to take part in enquiries.
    Doesn’t sound dodgy at all. If remember correctly the guy facilitating this was the guy who was slating Conway about his actions during the takeover. Same guy who could produce no evidence to support and was generally found to be a bit of a blagger.
