He’s a decent championship player is Jacob. hard working. He will never get 20 goals a season but that’s not all his game is about.
As I say good luck to him ,always tried his best for us,used to put 100 percent in when I watched him in under 23s
Not as annoyed at tonight’s result as I might’ve been. Sadly, we might win one, maybe two of the home games. But we won’t win any of the away games. I’d say Derby are a bigger threat to Reading now.
Selling Brown probably helped us to keep Woodrow and Mowatt so a good deal for everyone at the time. Can't say I've ever been too upset about him going.
We we Hatters lucky to get a draw out of that, think Peterborough had a win or bust attitude. Not looking good now for you :-(
To be fair,.my black labrador would get a Scotland call up with a few more visits to the park with a footy.
Same Scotland that drew with England and beat Denmark? Can’t believe you haven’t the black lab to Oakwell for a trial
For anyone who's seen more than a dozen of his championship appearances that should come as no surprise. Do any championship team a Job out wide... And good job. But this lad never was.. or is a centre forward
Frustrating watching that Jacob Brown miss, late in the game just now. It was so poor, putting it over the bar from close in, when under no pressure. Yet he's their top scorer with 11 goals. That really put a huge dent in our already very slim survival chances.
Just seen the sky highlights. Reading’s first goal was a fluke ball bouncing back in after the keepers save and the second was a fluke. Jacob Brown. Oh dear.
I see him more as a winger to be honest. An 11 goal return by Brown isn't so bad when you consider our whole squad has managed a paltry 29 goals in 39 games this season, 8 goals less than Aleksander Mitrovic.
Absolutely. But we can appreciate the quality of the player to be patient for an opening to gain half a yard and whip in an outstanding cross.
