Didn’t the £750k come out last year though whilst Val was here though?

B is closest but not quite accurate for me. It's not that I'm unhappy with our owners per se, I just don't like some of the decisions they've made and actions they've taken. And it's not just our owners, I'm not happy with our CEO. I don't blame the owners for the West Stand debacle, for the vouchers, for poor communications (discussed at length in another thread) etc. There's multiple things that are down to him rather than our owners imo. So, in summary I'd wrap it up as 'I'm not happy with the way the club is being run'

    Where abouts?

When you eventually get here, given your profile listing, you must at some point visit here...

Amazing place... built next to the lake where the original 1930s Italian Schneider Trophy winning Italian seaplanes were built with the actual planes on display ... Many many static aircraft on display from Bleriot bi -plane, WW1 bomber through to Spitfire Starfighter jet. Still currently an Italian military base. Even my wife loved the background of the development of commercial flight and the people. Allow a full day if you go.

My biggest gripe with them is their pig headed refusal to employ and English manager why does it always have to be someone from overseas.

    100% down to the ownership.

Additionally, I had hoped that Khaled would have made a positive difference as CEO but, on reflection, he's been a hugely disappointing appointment too. Good intentions, and very intelligent, but still fundamentally fails to understand the mentality of the fanbase after several months in the role.

Hi Tekkytyke, we have purchased in Abruzzo, just outside Pescara. We will definitely be visiting the regions around us for the first 4 months we are there. We plan to be tourists for that period and we have already touched base about the move and will be in touch about meeting up.

Ah I remember our PMs in 2021. Good luck. We live in Ripe San Ginesio in Le Marche so about and hour and a half from you via the A4 Autostrada. Keep in touch and good luck with the move. As I have probably already said, we have no regrets.
