    at this stage we can only hope they decide to cut their losses and 'focus' on the rest of their portfolio. I can't see anyone coming anywhere near close what they will be after, so we have to just hope they will consider taking a hit, to get it off the books.

    I can see Khaled leaving along with Poya once relegation is confirmed. hopefully at the same time, the owners will show some shred of integrity and go public with an exit strategy. might be wishful thinking, but we can hope.

    Not sure how true and don’t have any concrete evidence but I was out with an ex Barnsley employee on Friday and he showed me a message from a journalist friend of his saying that there was a interested buyer and asking if he had heard anything about it

    There will always be interested buyers. It’s how close they are to valuation though. Anyone who’s interested though, is definitely waiting until we’re down before getting serious, as valuation drops significantly.

    If relegation is the price to pay for PMG leaving, I think a lot of fans would take that. Obviously you never know who’s coming next. Could be just as bad.
