Match issue shorts

    I noticed the other day that the club are doing a 'mystery player issue shorts bundle' on the online shop.

    You get 2 pairs of player issued match or training shorts from the last 4 seasons for £20.

    I need some shorts for 5-a-side and the gym so I thought I'd have a dabble. I was expecting the shorts of a loanee from 4 years ago. I got some green away shorts which I think belonged to Matty Pearson, and some white home ones (which seem match worn) which I think were Jacob Brown's.

    My brother appears to have got some of Ethan Pinnock's and Michal Helik's.

    I didn't think that was too bad for £20, if you're after some shorts now the weather appears to have picked up.

    If it was only fans, wouldn't it be pictures of worn shorts? On a bedroom floor?

    That's something I haven't dabbled in so correct me if I'm wrong ;)

    I've bought one of these bundles and got myself a pair of Pinillos' and Jinadu's match issued shorts. I think I've got a bit mixed up and subscribed to Only Dans

    Crikey when I first started playing you would go in to the dressing room & the manager would have a bag of shorts , a bag of shirts & a bag of socks, first to arrive had first dibs & so it went, if you arrived late you were lucky to get anything that fitted never mind washed ! Happy days

    I’m always in shorts and could do with some for exercise too so just bought some.

    No he wasn't. They're the green shorts that we had as our away kit in 17/18 and third kit in 18/19. Pearson was the number 24 in 17/18, when we had those shorts, and I don't think anyone else wore that number again until we signed Halme. I just presumed they were his shorts, because I'd assume academy teams are just given the numbers 1-16.
