    I'm sure it will have already been asked, but is there any option of adding season ticket to existing card? Would rather not pay for a new one if I don't need one.

    I don't believe so because incredibly with modern technology they can't find a way to turn a reds reserved card in to a season ticket card. They may as well not gone back to calling it a season ticket at a cost to fans.

    When I renewed, I was given the option of a new card (£4 I think), or one on my Google pay. I only ever use Google pay now, so I just opted for that one.

    That’s fine if you have a smartphone but I can’t believe they are charging people an extra £4 to be able to use the thing they’ve bought if they don’t have one. Price freeze my arse.

    Especially when we've always been told that the physical cards can be kept for years and have always been able to just add our new tickets onto them. Didn't all season ticket holders receive a new cars less than seven months ago?

    I'm always cynical and love a good conspiracy so here's my little effort. Firstly £4 for printing of a card seems extortionate and I find it incredibly hard to believe that's what the club are paying. With that in mind my conspiracy theory brain thinks the actual cost to the club is less than half that and they are enforcing a £4 levy in order to try to recoup the money from reprinting everyone's card last year.

    I'm sorry, but what? They're charging customers to change the medium on which they want to provide the product?

    There are a lot of things that have made me want to say "no ta" to what's on offer here, but surely that's not gonna be a question?

    Yeah the club decided to go back to it being a season ticket and charge us for their own decision. Should have kept it as a reserved membership to not add to cost for fans.

    I don't believe I was offered this choice? I just assumed it would be added onto my existing card/Google Pay account.

    Whatever they choose to call it is irrelevant. I've not changed my membership level, so to me it's still just a basic season ticket. No need for a new card, just stick it on the old one.

    Its £2.00, just done it. You get the option of digital which is free ( ie no additional charge) or digital + card which carries a £2.00 charge.

    This price freeze is brilliant.

    Just 50 quid more than last year.

    And an extra 4 quid.

    7 quid if posted.

    But it's a price freeze yeah.

    Just renewed for me and Dad and must admit the extra £7 to replace cards we replaced 3 times last year is a bit annoying
    Not sure why we can’t keep the cards we have had since we moved back to the West Upper since our seats are not changing, I hope!

    I will be seriously annoyed if now we’ve renewed they then tell us we need to move again

    Day 14 of the paltry 23 day period. Absolutely appalling and inequitable. Almost two-thirds of the window gone and some folk can't even renew if they wanted to!

    Surely someone from the supporters trust is right now raising the payment options issue and the need to extend the early bird to something vaguely fair like 31st May with Mr 99.9% ? I know I have and my BS Bingo card is at the ready in case I get an answer.
