Smashing it out of the park. This data driven approach coupled with their international connections has proved to be utterly amazing. Barnsley 24/24 AS Nancy 20/20 KV Oostend 12/18 FC Thun 5/10 Esbjerg 11/12
Nancy - about to be relegated Barnsley - about to be relegated Esbjerg - about to be relegated Oostende - mid table Can’t remember the rest.
They're failing big time at FC Thun, they're midtable which is ruining their otherwise flawless record!
Without these guys there would be no club. Thank you guys for letting the people of Barnsley pay for your experiment in football club ownership. Without them who knows where we would be.
Half of AS Nancy’s first team is “on loan from Oostende”. Not sure if this is a foreshadowing of next season for us. We might get McGeehan back (after he’s served his 3 match ban)
What we need is our owners to buy Chelsea so they can loan us back half the players they don’t need and then buy Helik for £50 million. Our finances would look great then.
And FC Den Bosch 13/20 including a Conway/Lee trademark 12 game run when they lost 10 and drew 2 and sold their star striker, Jizz Hornkamp(!) for a bit of coin. This is a masterstroke though as there is no relegation from the Dutch Div 2 this season In short, Ostend are the only club who are in a higher position (3 places) than when they took over and Den Bosch are the only ones not in a significantly lower position this season than last. Barnsley, Esbjerg and Nancy have been transformed from play-off/top half teams to relegation fodder.
And they will go out and buy another club without interference from any footballing body and then run that down while telling everyone at these respective clubs that there is a " Plan"
If Red Army Chris were to still post, his cryptic clue, for this impending signing would be of an erect penis parting with it’s gentleman juice…and Dale Winton.
and off the back of this success Paul Conway has raised another $75m from US investors wishing to share in this successful business model.
