    Officially yes but since Devaney has been with the first team Harban has been doing both under 18s and under 23s. That's probably why Khaled said something about merging the two the other day as they were already ran by the same person

    It's not that much more nuts than selecting coaches based on their records in the Austrian and Swedish leagues

    Sounds like it's still him, he's doing the interviews. I think the training is being split, but he's still there for team selection, matches etc.
