    Some going that is. Credit where credits due, but he didn’t exactly score a hatful in the PL. He’s a bit like Pukki.

    I can remember Clive Allen getting 49 (I think) for Spurs circa '87. Apart from that can't recall another hitting the 40+ mark.

    Steve Bull got 52 in 87/88, and 50 in 88/89 scoring 102 from 113 games - that was in the old Division 4 and 3 as they won promotion from both leagues. He never scored more than 27 in a season after that.

    I actually think both he and Pukki would score plenty of goals in a decent premier league side..

    Theyre always going to striggle to score in sides which might create 1 chance in 90 minutes at that level.

    Both score at international level and personally i think they would do well at a top half premier league team where theyd get plenty of chances every week.
