    Surely we can compete with wycombe. Maybe conor will be released in the summer aswell his contract is up with villa this season.

    When his contract ends, his salary will be precisely zero. If no championship sides are in for him then he’ll need to adjust his demands if he wants to play.

    Worked alright with Hammill. Id have absolutely no issue him coming back for league one. He's had fitness issues, but not old by any means. A solid run of games should see him return to form, and he's definitely championship standard minimum when he reaches that form

    This is the Alfie Mawson that used to play for us? The 28 year old that 4 years ago Fulham bought for 20 million quid?

    I reckon we should also get that Salah from Liverpool. Should do alright in League 1 if we have to sell Morris.

    I don’t think we can seriously compete with Wycombe. They are an ambitious well run, well managed Club. Everything we’ve not, in fact.

    There's quite a lot of people taking this rumour as being true.

    There's absolutely no way he'll be playing in league 1 next season.

    He's also linked with QPR, Birmingham and Swansea according to one article I've read.

    It's just that time of the season.

    He got into the England squad a couple of times but then got injured - it wasnt as fantastic an idea as you seem to think. Without the untimely injury who knows what would have happened.
    One thing I am sure about though, he wont be playing for Wycombe or us next season but a championship team

    Definitely, yes. Bring him in as captain, just like when we first signed him. That's presuming that we lose at least one of Helik, or Andersen in the close season. Good move. Experience in the spine of the team.
