May as well send back all the loanees now to get ready for next season. It beggars belief so many of this lot will be gone in the summer. If they are so good they deserve a move away from us then they haven't shown it this season with their performances. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I didn’t even care which is the worst feeling of all for something that you’ve cared about all your adult life. Just pissed off I’ve spunked another 50 quid away on this absolute shower.
We had a similar chance when their defender headed it back towards the back post, difference was, they had 3 players attacking the ball. I think Mads was a little unlucky, it came through a crowd and hit his legs, rather than a miskick.
they even managed to find a way to beat us to being relegated despite kicking off after us by getting their match abandoned - cunning swines.
They were actually alright. They just couldn't score. They certainly didn't lack fight and bottle, just quality in front of goal. I don't think any Rotherham fans worried about how they would do in League 1, they still had a proper team.
Poya's post match... 1. That's a man speaking who knows he's not here next season. 2. Interesting comments about the club needing to look deep and improve things. Sounds like things are rotten way down.
575 away fans. If that doesn't tell our board something when in League 1 we took nearly 900 for a night game at Shrewsbury, nothing will.
The Rotherham fans I know wanted shut of the manager and weren’t very confident of a successful season. I was accused of being patronising when I said to them if they keep things same as much as possible they would be serious promotion contenders
Lasted until 2-0 down then switched over to Rugby L. Don’t even know why I bothered putting it on to be honest
Thought it was going to be a shambles with the club not announcing how many were going.. Get used to it Mr CEO..
I don’t know who to be more angry at. The players for their attitude, the club for pulling together a squad without a group of senior pros to keep people honest, the players that really should’ve stepped up to take a more senior role, or Khaled for his delusion and failure to recognise how much trouble we were in when he first came in. Worst thing, there’ll be two or three of these that move to a championship club for next to nothing, and perform.
Awful to see. Even our media department couldn't be bothered to do many tweets during the game and I don't blame them.
Utter shambles. Yes, the first goal was way offside, but we are a team with no balls & no brain. Hope Poya is gone in the morning, he looked like a bullied school kid in the dugout. No passion, no plan, no ******* point.
Yeah tonight was awful. Nothing positive. Down with a whimper, smell of relegation death everywhere. Loan imports showing true colours. Rest of them demonstrating a sad lack of spirit. Carlton excepted. Maybe Andersen too, and Kitching hasn't been too bad when thrust in. It's gonna be hard to turn next season into something worthy.
