Not personally. I think he's a toxic personality. Too aggressive and too much expectation on players. I think he does more harm than good. Stick to punditry for me.
''Too aggressive and too much expectation on players'' imagine some players would say they same about VI
Ted Lasso if Hannah Waddingham can be the new owner and she can dabble in team affairs all she damn well likes.
I don’t really care where the next appointment comes from and whether I’ve heard of them already. I think the qualities are more important than ever ahead of next season. 1) Charisma and an ability to lead a team, on the pitch, the training pitch, and in the media 2) A passion for an attacking style of football based around the high press 3) Someone experience with developing younger players 4) Permission to overhaul the coaching setup if needed and bring in their own people. I would love a coaching team of 3/4 to come in and really grab the club by the scruff of the neck Point two is really key for me. Moving to a more possession based style could have easily led us to a Stendal/Struber type where the change was less severe from Val. But we appear, more so under Poya than Schopp, to have ignored pressing in any shape or form. The club strategy to always look for a high press coach was a relatively sound one, seeing success from Stendal, to Struber, and then to Val. When we ditched those principles, thanks to you know who, we ended up with Schopp. Every road you go down brings you back to one decision maker.
Pol Pot Josef Mengele Chris Whitty If they're going to go out of their way to make us hate them they might as well put someone genuinely evil in charge.
