Presumably the shirt offer deadline will be amended to be in line too? (And I do think that the refund thing remains disgusting when fans needing to use the payment options have been excluded from the opportunity through absolutely no fault of their own. How about holding a few draws for credit plan renewals only to even things up?)
Could have made it until the end of May instead of adding just a couple of weeks surely. Better than nothing shouldn't be the train of thought. Over 3,000 sales so far isn't bad going after what we've been put through.
genuine question. what's the significance of end of may? keep hearing people say that, in this and other threads, what's the relevance of end of may?
Just additional time for folk to get the money together I imagine. Nothing more. Once the early bird is done there won’t be many more takers so why not offer a bigger window to draw a few more in?
I’m guessing because it’s a full month so a decent and ‘rounded’ chunk of time, it’s when seats are reserved until and it includes another pay day.
It's another payday and I also believe its the date existing seats are held until so would make a lot of sense.
I think extending to the end of May for another payday is probably less important if there’s a three month interest free option launched alongside this extension. I’m just glad it’s been extended full stop and communicated the way it has.
I suppose without basis for comparison it's hard to say if 3k is good or bad. I was thinking we would sell around 6/7k in total. Extending the early bird should help with sales a little as i can't imagine many take the plunge at the punishment price.
I think 7,000 was the number sold last time in League One. If we get above 6,000 I think that will be a positive return
