    Agree to an extent - but if they are good enough, it doesn’t matter so much.

    Stendel didn’t know about L1, and Val didn’t about the Champ and did well. What they both had were good coaches around who knew the script and knew the leagues.

    Going back some years - Gudjon’s demise started when Glavin left as assistant.
