No hiding in a fridge today as he finally gives the show an interview after five years. It was good to see him being made to look uncomfortable. When he gets a drubbing on Thursday I would think more MPs will be giving him a vote of no confidence on his leadership.
"Boris Johnson Declares He's an 'Honest' Politician Despite Partygate Law Breaking" A better title would be "Liar lies about not being a liar"
I was impressed with his forward thinking with the introduction of the Freedom Pass (introduced in 1973 when he was 9) that he extended to 24 hours while Mayor (and then reduced to after 9am in 2020 as PM) as the solution to the property rich, cash poor older lady who was riding the bus to stay warm...
I particularly liked his response to the 77 year old who has resorted to riding a bus all day to save heating costs where Boris claims the credit for bus passes For a start thats a Lie they were introduced in the '70's but more importantly WTAF he genuinely thinks that forcing pensioners out of their homes onto transport to get warm because they cant afford to heat them is an OK policy
I'm done listening to anything he has to say, nothing comes out of his mouth other then self-serving lies.
He'll win the vote again by pushing up the amount to be earnt before tax for low to middle income workers. It's worked for the last 12 years.
Theres a twitter re Nadeen Dorries tweeting a downright lie. And MP John Nicolson correcting her. Download it if I knew how. What an absolute lying bitch.
Given some of her statements to the commons mid afternoon have seen her swaying and slurring badly, I suspect 10pm is well past her point of being conscious.
