Had the Alexa speaker for a while and i use it as a radio especially bbc radii 5 live. Every time i ask Alexa to play bbc radio 5live it says i need to connect my app yet i am connected to all free radio services. Even on the Alexa revues many people are experiencing the same issue. Can anyone offer any solutions please.
She's deaf and dangerous... I was was slightly merry after watching Back to the Future and asked her to get me a flux capacitor, two days later I had a delivery of 200 capacitors from Amazon Prime.

Perhaps it needs an update? Especially if a lot of people are experiencing the same thing. Or there is a problem on Amazon's side which will result in an update? Ask her/it(?!) about if you have any notifications, although I think it should probably glow green if you do
I've said it before and I'll say it again - Alexi, Siri, Google etc, all a bag of *****. My mate stands in his hall before he goes out arguing with Alexa to turn off the lights, takes him ages sometimes. Me, I just switch them off and go out.
His Alexa must be broken then mate. Takes a second, as some suggest above, tell him to try his posh voice
Once we'd had the fun of confusing our dog by getting it to bark like a dog and messing up each others telly viewing and sending random messages to each other, it's rarely used now!
