    Just noticed his name in relation to the charlton job. Hadn’t realised he was available. Charlton fans seem to be relieved he won’t be going there. Would anyone here take him? Not a name I’ve seen mentioned of yet.

    I think that is the general consensus to be fair just thought it was an interesting name I’d not seen mentioned

    Possibly, there are all sorts of bizarre opinions on here! :D
    I'd rather have Jimmy Floyd, Michael Duff or Stendel back before entertaining Neil Lennon as a possibility.
    We'll have to see, but hopefully it's sorted by next week...

    I don’t think personally someone like Lennon would sit well with the Crynes beliefs wither but what do i know

    I get the sense that there's some animosity towards Lennon based on his history with Celtic, which is a shame, Glavin played for them afterall. I don't recall him saying anything anti-English, I might be wrong of course.

    I'd love Lennon. He actually usesplayers with width something we haven't done for a while and he did well with hibs also.

    I would take him in a breath, a coach with a wealth of experience & no doubt wanting to revive his career , using Barnsley as a potential stepping stone back to the big time could work well for both him & us , he must have a valuable knowledge of the EFL & will have many connections within the game, get him in !
