Saudi women. No right to bare arms. But many are taking up shooting in a push towards equality. There you go.
While I can understand the sentiment behind it, is that really a good idea? I would never expect my wife and daughter to renounce their Russian citizenship, no matter how ideologically tempting it may be at the minute, quite simply because it could cause them quite a lot of bother down the line, especially if they later decide they want it back. I appreciate that your other half's family ties may not be as strong as my wife's, but even so renouncing ones nationality is quite extreme. I'm guessing that the odious tax obligations the USA places on its citizens even when they live abroad may have played a part in your decision?
Apparently Musk has been invaluable to Ukraine, very early on in the war Russia knocked out all Ukraine's military Comms systems , Musk gave them instant ( and enhanced) access FOC to his Starlink satellite system, it's been critical in keeping Ukraine alive giving them a system Putin can only dream of.
Don't think that's based on how clever he is. Obviously can talk the football talk and has done ok in management
The IRS play a big part in the decision, yeah. And her family ties consist of an abusive childhood she escaped, and no friends because she was homeschooled because “state school is brainwashing”. I don’t judge her for the decision lol, but I’m making sure our kids get their US passports before she does renounce.
Absolutely fair enough under those circumstances! Is it as much hassle getting kids US citizenship as it is British if they're born outside the UK?
A violent criminal who has already shot someone previously so isn't inexperienced, fired into a crowd of 40 people using a semi automatic weapon but didn't hit a single person, not once. Ok then
It certainly looks that way, the article doesn’t mention anything at all about his role or anyone suffering any injuries. The quote is all about how she was a ‘good guy with a gun’ and the police have already confirmed she won’t face any charges (despite no investigation as yet) and he had the gun illegally to show that banning them won’t stop criminals.
I've read quite a bit about him and this shooting and the police have confirmed that despite firing his semi automatic weapon numerous times, this experienced gunman failed to even graze a single person in the crowd of 40 people. I reckon if I closed my eyes and pointed a semi automatic weapon in the general direction of a crowd of 40 people I'd hit at least one
This isn't much better than those who suggest school shootings are false flag events if we're being honest. No need to stoop to those levels of tin foil hat speculation.
