2-1 now. Was getting Wrexham goalkeeper Christian Dibble mixed up with Andy Dibble, who as it happens is his father and also played in goal for Wrexham. I know goalkeepers tend to play longer than others, but old Andy is 57 now so would be stretching it a bit :D

Christian was at Barnsley for a few years without ever appearing. As were Waterfall and Sousa for Grimsby.

Didn't know that, thanks. I remember us playing against Dibble, probably when he played for Stockport and Wrexham.

Some game. Nobody knows how to defend a set play.

What a game that was, seems like Rob Beckett is a Grimsby fan? Randomly saw him in the crowd.

What a game. I want Paul Hurst as next boss. That was a throw back to the football I enjoyed down at Oakwell in 2005-6 under Ritchie.

    Blood and guts.

He supports Arsenal. Glad that Grimsby beat the Hollywood boys on their own patch.

Tried watching it but couldn't follow it, why did they keep kicking it into those oblong net things?
Can't see it catching on having to keep fetching the ball back and kicking off again and stuff, wastes far more time than hammering the ball into the crowd so they can chuck it back!

Unlucky that for Wrexham who finished 11 points clear of Grimsby. Just shows how unfair the system is sometimes. Over 9,000 there today

A real sickener .Maybe they ought to bring in a system where if you are say 10 or 12 points clear of the next place you go straight through on merit.
It would hardly ever happen , but still
