So.... I got out of that confirmed % of ownership. So: NP - 21.25 % J&JC - 20% JAQ ("New York investors") - 20% So if we take what the Supports Trust displayed a few weeks back with PMG being on 7.5%, it leaves Chien with 31.25 % As per this, so as far as I am concerned, its pretty much it until anything else is confirmed (ie breakdown of New York) and as it was asked, additional "investment" will dilute the shareholding if some of the shareholders don't input either...
Name and shame them. Be honest with the fanbase so we know which losers from last season think they are too good for us when they have just played a significant role in one of the worst seasons in our history.
I didn't see any issue with what they asked, or what they asked prior to the feed going live. How would you like it if someone slated you in your role like you do to others 24/7?
What good would that do? We are hardly going to get a decent fee for someone if we broadcast that they are desperate to leave, whether their agents are saying that or otherwise.
They can go for me. Turned in one of the worst seasons ever following one of the best ever just before it. Fans can be as fickle as players. I think it spoke volumes that majority of the players didn’t really come out and say anything much following our relegation. Time for new heroes again.
The whole set up is 'amateurish' from boardroom to the pitch, all the way through the club. There are more professional set ups in League 2 and Non League. The club is sinking and I do not have confidence in the individuals involved, I believe they have good intentions but I'm not sure they know how to run a football club. I hope I'm proved wrong.
Also I think really to have gave the appearance of things being on the turn at the club they should have had manager unveiling as part of todays meeting. I guess the new mantra is now going to be under promise and over deliver so I imagine we won’t hear much until things happen in future.
I’ve noted that Higgy has never answered the question about what it is they do for a living, or how competent they are at it.
I wonder if the individuals involved today look back at that and think "yeah, that was decently successful, we came across as a professional outfit that look like we know what we're doing". It's just all odd. It's so comically bad you wonder if it's somehow a set up in some way or another. Oh dear.
Yep, I'll draw my own conclusions from that as to why. What I will say is that if someone constantly berated him with half the venom he directs at specific people (and I've not even seen his previous incarnation on this board) he wouldn't like it. Easy to point the finger from afar.
I quite like amateurish, it has a strange cozy feel and quirky attraction, it's one of the reasons I am a fully paid up Barnsley fan. Strange innit! Up the Reds!
Nobody bothered that JAQ was a no show then. Good start. I assume they forgot how to log in to zoom knowing our competence of late
There are seventeen year old kids on Twitch who run better livestreams. Needs sorting before next time.
She did separate Zoom interviews with the Journos including @Sheriff who was there on behalf of the Supporters Trust. I believe Joe from Red All Over was also there.
I think it IS a concern because her and Neerav Parekh are the only ones with any sort of verifiable or transparent business track record out of anyone involved.
