    what do you mean pointless?

    They are putting out there that they will be at Oakwell on that day so people can expect it. Also, it fits around an Open Day which is a good thing for the club and something they mentioned a while ago.

    Good idea to announce a friendly (and free for season ticket holders too) on the same day as the open day, that will certainly drum up some interest. The last few open days I've been to have been fairly underwhelming.

    Unfortunately I won't be able to go as I'm helping out at work that day with our own summer fayre. But I'd certainly be tempted knowing there's a friendly too.

    Sat in the airport for 10hrs, Plane cancelled. Getting there the next day. And a little downpour getting the game called off. (Hibs b'stds)

    I’m talking about the friendlies as a collective not just 1. What sort of a test is Worksop? We need to be getting friendlies that test our squad as well as help with fitness
