    He's a loser, mentally weak as his penalty miss against Germany showed. Not cut out to be a manager. People can go on about the WC semi final and Euro final but tactically he was shocking in both games when the going got tough. Has an excellent group of players but doesn't know what he's doing with them.

    To be honest I don't really give a flying fck but he's had a lot of success compared to to rest, hay ho, roll on L1 :D

    Well, I don't usually watch England games but that was damn funny. Well done!

    I think he's a festering turd. However, I don't think any manager deserves what he's had to endure tonight. It reminded me of the Barnsley match v Sheff Utd. Set o' c nuts.

    I said to my mate “I think I’m being fair saying that’s the worst England game I’ve ever watched.”

    I’m 40 soon, so I’ve seen a lot of dross.

    Then I learn it’s the worst home defeat in nearly 100 years. So I stand by it. Most embarrassing display I’ve ever seen.

    I feel like a proper BBS’er again. :D

    I think it was Kane's decision not to square it to Sterling at 1-0 v Croatia.

    There was sumat similar v Italy but my Alzheimer's is kicking in now.

    He played a team that weren’t full strength, like a practise match, and that’s exactly how the players played for him…. Practise match mentality. Wembley may have focused them? But I doubt it. Approach totally wrong for this tournament.

    Modric was almost a conductor in a philharmonic orchestra in the middle of that field .
    Everything went through him with barely a challenge , it was obvious to everybody bar Southgate imo stop Modric stop Croatia .
