    So I've got my email, pressed the Google pay bit and it's saying error? Am I doing sonething wrong? I have got my covid pass and matalan app on there and have had other club tickets downloaded OK.

    I clicked the link (The save to phone link not the Apple link) and it downloaded to Google Pay.

    Mine has an error too when I try and download it to Google Pay - same problem last year but worked in the end. Can't remember what the 'fix' was

    Think it said they're ready to collect from 29th June? So around then I suppose?

    Try checking in the app store that Google Pay doesn't need updating. I've not had any issues with it myself.

    Open your gmail via browser on your phone and try to link it that way. Alternatively copy the link from your email and open it in your browser and see if that works,

    Same with me and my son we getverror message too on Samsung Android phones daughter's worked 1st time. Daughter didn't have season pass on her phone last year we did.
    Emailed club sent me email again same problem though

    Same here with Apple Wallet - ticket comes up on screen - you click add and it just reverts to the last website you were viewing ( which of course was BBS).

    From next week it said in a second club email earlier sent shortly after the digital link email. If you don't get it by Monday July 4th let them know.

    Do you have to get a new card or will it just be loaded on the same card I have had for 3 years or more, like last season?

    Think it may be a browser interoperability issue. Although I use Google's search widget to start any web browse, my default browser on my phone is Samsung's own.

    When I clicked the link, it took me to samsung's browser and repeatedly, it fails. If I click on the url and copy it over to Google's search widget, worked first time from there. Give it a try from google chrome or a google search widget.

    You had to choose the option of physical card at a extra cost at time of purchase or you will just get a digital card . No idea what google wallet is but the IT department ( daughter) is on it tommorow . The cards are ready to collect from Monday is if you've chosen it to be posted I would imagine they se t out from then.
