    Does anyone know if the sponsor is still going to be The Investment Room? Overheard some staff in the club shop today saying the new shirt might be offered without the sponsor and fans will be asked to return to have it printed on. But if the shirts out on open day then surely the sponsor would be tied up by then?

    I did read a comment somewhere that Investment Room have pulled out and we haven't got a replacement as yet. But it was just a throwaway line on tinternet.

    If they do produce a shirt without a sponsor that'll suit me just fine. And they're not having it back!

    It would me too, I prefer them without sponsors. Well, modern day sponsors anyway.

    I've got the 86-88 home shirt. It was my dad's and he said you used to be able to get them without the sponsor. Whilst generally I prefer them without sponsors, I wish that one had Sandal Bayern on it.

    Me too. One of the main reasons I don't buy a Barnsley shirt is I'm a human not a billboard.

    Sandal Bayern, its the strip with the white stripe left of centre. I think that's why it would look better with the sponsor, the stripe just feels a bit out of place.

    I’ve never heard or seen anything else about it brought up by either the club or CEO so not sure. Just found it a little strange, especially with it being posted on the mayor of Tirana’s official Twitter account (he’s with guy in the white shirt next to Khaled). Doesn’t look like a joke post, looks too official for it to be, especially with how the tweet was worded.
