These polls usually get around 100 votes each,

So i would say a good representation of how are full fans are thinking.

I think its great that a few have voted against the majority that they are not happy but its a shame that Conway and Lee have done that to longstanding fans.

I'd be interested to hear why some still don't feel optimistic about the board reshuffle, and the general goings on.

If that's the majority vote. Then optimistic/positive mean the same to me in this case.
The no confidence is based on not being able to turn it round at this stage. But basically wait and see. I don't see an issue with that if that's how they feel.
Same old doesn't make sense to me. Cos it quite clearly isn't.

Same old meant, no investment, sell players, sign young, no experienced players, coach who will move on after one good season, poor communication from club, no matchday experience improvement, no ground stadium maintenance etc

    That could all still apply

Full credit to those who have fully given up on Barnsley fc who are taking part in polls on a Barnsley fc fans forum

The ‘new’ owners must be absolutely furious at the mismanagement of the ‘old’ owners.

Too early to tell but open minded and willing to give them a chance.

They've had one major thing to do so far and I can certainly understand why they chose Duff to manage the team.

Not being Paul Conway is also a positive. For all of us. Except Paul Conway of course. Poor bloke.

Their has been no substantive change in the ownership or model. The consortium has now decided to move away from Chien Lee and has appointed a new proxy and edged Conway out. They could change again tomorrow.

It could, but I get the impression Duff won't put up with no experienced players. Communication has been improving given the amount of updates on here.
Same old means also, no changes at all.
English manager which most were hoping for. With a different outlook to the original strategy. Which I assume the new board have approved. Not entirely but definitely tweaked at least. Overall selection/decision of players coming into the club. Or I reckon he wouldn't have come.
