Khan didn't deserve to be on the losing team after that 9th over. He gave Waite more than enough to defend.
Brilliant from Leech, 3 for 13 off his 2. 1 for 92 off 7.4 for the rest, pathetic. An all too typical performance from Yorkshire over the years, if not worse given the relatively high sums now being spent on coaches and overseas players.
I only caught the Derby innings - I'd forgotten it was on. I really must stop watching Yorkshire though on Sky or You Tube because I end up shouting at the screen too often, and not in a celebratory way! I've lost count now of the games they have tossed away, at whatever code of cricket they are playing. You just think they're going to win it and then they mess it up. Waite final over - just why?? I know the bowling attack was weak today but even so - there must have been a better option than him, having conceded 15 off his first over. His confidence must have been shot to pieces after that so why give him the responsibility of that crucial last six balls?
Based on current league positions the last four games are.... Away to bottom of the league Worcestershire. Away to top of the league Northamptonshire. Home to third place Birmingham. Away to sixth place Leicestershire. It's important we beat Worcs that's for sure.
The largest county in the country and our t20 record over the years is nothing short of disgraceful. Different year same ****. Dont think we will ever be decent at this format.
just done the dur/der double n cost a fortune! at durham we were almost perfect, never really any doubt, derbs though, flying start but never really got motoring after and 6 runs for 5 in last 10 balls! then the rain came and it was a lottery but they never really looked in trouble even in the last over but ffs a wide 1st ball! hope we can make it through but although malan rachid willey not made a massive impression yet just 1 of those would have made the difference today. love the chezzy ground btw, it's different

Weird to let two of our very best limited overs players leave unless we've some quality getting announced soon.
Tom Kohler-Cadmore's Dad was sacked by Yorkshire over the Winter - his role was something like Kit Man - so that could be playing into Tom's decision-making.
Tbf if it's true he resigned. I'm not surprised given the hatchet job on some of his innocent colleagues.
