No idea why tbf. But same player. Just quoting what it read. I don't know if either yours or exiles are legitimate. But exiles gives more substance to the criteria. And could be some short due to youth international appearance.
Try again - for any that still can't see it, it's a GBE calculator that proves his eligibility with 17 points. The one with 10 is fundamentally flawed as it does not have his 'domestic minutes played' or 'league position' included. This one is calculating correctly.
Nice one. That was wrong then. It's something I'm sure Barnsley will have checked if there was any interest in him.
Looks like he scrapes in being eligible. Hopefully the club have learned their lessons regarding announcements when the player doesn’t have a work permit in place.
I mean, this just doesn't feel likely to me. I feel like he'd cost a few bob, and would want wages to match. He'd be coming from his homelands top division, where he is a regular, to play in the English 3rd tier. Seems a bit farfetched to me.
On the other hand he's entering the last year of his contract, he didn't play in the final seven games of last season, his club have just signed a Brazilian left back, he's lived in England before and his wages are reportedly less c. than £1200 a week (ie less than Palmer and Vic and a third of Ben Williams!)
Nah I always thought Pinillos had a mean left foot. He was just very slow. Got some great assists in that Stendel season crossing to Kieffer.
His time in this country was supposed to have been with Dagenham and Redbridge, so I wouldn't build him up too much. Plus the club he's had, have had two promotions so it isn't that long ago he'd have been in the Portuguese 3tier. He'll be cheaper than if we were trying for a left back from FGR or similar
He didn't play through injury from what I can see. I've no doubt that he might be on the move, it just seems a bit of a leap for him to come to the English 3rd tier from the Portuguese Premier League, when he is in fact Portuguese.
It was 2013 he was at Dagenham and Redbridge, so that has absolutely no bearing on the sort of player he is now. That's like saying don't get excited by John Stones because he was at Championship Barnsley in 2013. Maybe he would come cheap, but who knows really. With how much he moves about, you'd think some of his moves would have been for a financial incentive.
Maybe not if we get the FGR LWB who is out of contract this summer The one who was voted best in the league last season. Wages wise this Kiki sounds like he should come cheap but depends how highly they value him I guess. They have just stayed up in the top tier and if he was a big part of that they may well want to keep him and demand a fairly hefty fee.
