    It’s been happening for years but seems magnified more this year because of playing seven tests and numerous white ball games.
    On top of that, there appears the Hundred which will be scrapped in a few years.
    I have yet to hear any real reason why our domestic game needs it !

    Our season is congested enough which is unlike the other countries who have no such problem with having only one 20 over type league.
    We have two !!

    Would be between him and Curran for the all rounder spot. Guessing it's gone to Curran.

    I'm hoping that they release Gleeson for Friday (my username will give a clue as to why), or at least pick him, rather than leave him out as well as miss county games like they did with Wood.

    Just realised that Curran, Topley and Willey are lefties so all three won’t play… like you say, Curran will play as all rounder

    Yeah, Curran will probably bat at 7, and Topley will be the death bowler.

    Big miss for Surrey, Curran's been in good form this year, particularly with the bat. Hence him being picked for England over Willey.
