Is it any good? Wanting to take little un’ swimming tomorrow but the Metrodome don’t open there leisure part during the week so after something in the area. TIA
My kids liked it up to the age of 12 ish. Couple of flumes and a river ride. Wave machine. No idea on opening times and what's available nowadays. The park over the road is decent for a run around too, and don't pass up the chance to call at Beres Pork shop for a hot pork sandwich.
It's alright, as Fired says, it's a bit smaller than the metrodome, but it has a few slides and that. I'd give them a call regarding availability, as I used to use the lane pool, but it was getting difficult to book in. You might find they have a slot at 3am on a Tuesday morning. In all seriousness though, I've messaged Sheffield City Trust about issues on messenger before, and they're really helpful and responsive.
They do a great sandwich. Just a shame they have a ridiculous system, whereby seemingly everyone behind the counter has to have a go at handling your sandwich before it is given to you. They also have made messing up orders into an artform!
How old is he ? Metro open 1:00 _ 2:30 mon tues weds frid but no slides Waves diving or owt just toddlers pool and wave area .
I've never had any issues at the one I use in Crookes. Seems to be a one person system and they're very efficient.
She, 7 so she’ll want somet to mess about on, I’m sure Metrodome used to be fully open after school every day
