George Hirst?!? Really not heard that one. I'd be amazed TBF. He was going to be the next big thing at SW. Refused (Dad's apparently his agent-advisor) to play for best part of a season to bag a money making move to Leicester. If that's his attitude I can't see the manager/board putting up with that behaviour.
A transfer seems unlikely as I imagine his wages would be high, Portsmouth had him on loan last season, so I’m guessing if there’s any truth in it it’ll be a loan. Ipswich and Portsmouth were mentioned alongside use as being interested.
We need a big fee for Styles, if we can get it. Helik surely must go. His injury will be holding that up. Strikers on low fees with sell on or loan looks most likely then. Maybe offload Oduor, if we can too, unless Duff can find a position for him.

Just realised it’s pinned at the top as well, don’t know how I’ve missed it That along with the club site team links make it a lot clearer who’s u23 and whos first team, I must admit I’ve never been 100% sure.
Im hoping selling Styles and Helik would cover the remaining debt and leave us a little left over to play with. Definitely need at least 1 decent striker, 2 if we are lucky. Your probably right with Heliks injury, we might be waiting until after the season starts before selling him, hopefully that won’t slow us down completing the squad ready for the start of the season
