    You'd have thought our bowlers from watching Lancashire bowl would have seen clues on how not to bowl themselves.

    Lyth shouldn’t even have been bowling ….. he’s a dibbley dobbley bowler ( love it ) and shouldn’t bowl in a semi particularly.
    He’s still probably our player of the series but not dibbley dobbling

    I think the call to have Revis bowl in the power play at the end where Salt had a short leg side boundary was more costly. After that, it was just a very poor performance in the field.

    The standard of bowling and fielding is much higher in this second game than anything produced by either team in the first game.

    Poor captaincy. Saw Surrey go after Bess the other day and exactly the same today. Spinners are supposed to be tricky, haven’t seen it from him. All season we’ve been weak in the field though.

    only got to see last 45 mins, bit of a let down listening on radio, can't even drown my sorrows as off to airport just after midnight
    then again, if we made the final I'd have probably missed the flight or not let on it!
    saw odds of 2/1 lancs just before they took a few late wickets

    lancs chasing again, think this will suit them as all the players will be in the zone after fielding 1st, if batting 1st in final they may be rusty after a 4hr + break watching on

    Good win for Hampshire and a great advert for the tournament that a long tournament went down to the final ball to see who wins it.

    That game showed why Yorkshire were right to bat first in the first game, but just made a mess of it. Nobody in the Lancashire blower / middle order that can make a difference with the bat like Thompson did today
