    Been driving on the continent the last couple of weeks. Last filled up on the Belgium border with France - £1.48 a litre. Presumably the Belgian government aren't whacking their own citizens with fuel duties to the extent that this Tory lot are here.

    The cheapest near me is also my local ASDA stores, in those cases it is a card only pay at the pump set up. Assume that helps keep costs down as they are not paying staff to work the tills etc. Might be wrong but assume that could help in some cases.

    I know the one at Wakey is card only where as Barnsley do still have the kiosk. But the variance is huge, and the shell round the corner from the Wakey one is even cheaper.

    It is all a mess with the prices. They just make it up on the spot it seems.

    £179.9 at most spots around me in Leeds. Went to Skeggy yesterday and there was a garage nearby, not sure what brand - not a major one, selling at 174.9 which is cheapest I've seen in ages.

    It's always less expensive in West Yorks. I fill up in Heckmondwyke. 175p a litre last week.

    That’s the one I’ve been going to. Always presumed asda was cheapest til prices went through the roof and i started checking.

    According to Petrol Prices app unleaded at Asda Barnsley is 172.7 today (10p less than Morrisons and Tesco), and diesel 184.7.
