It's still easy though. Even if there's an extra click involved. Would agree that the extra click doesn't need to be there, and the car park ticket being at the top and first makes zero sense, but it is really easy to find still.
Well I couldn't find it. I clicked everything that claimed tickets, none of which gave me the option to buy tickets.
I use the ticketing site fairly often to get away tickets so once you know how to get there its straightforwards but its not as good as it could be for newer users Did you fix the problem of not being able to buy tickets once you got there though because for me it worked as I expected, I suspect you have an issue with your browser or some blocking software. I know I once had that problem I think using Internet Explorer (RIP fortunately) or possibly Firefox but it worked fine on Chrome
Got there on my phone no issue and that was when my focus should have been on what was being presented to me at the time.
Man who knows exactly how to do something argues it's easy to be able to do the thing he knows how to do.
It's a navigation thing. If tickets > tickets. Was renamed ticket news. Then I guess folk might be tempted to actually hit the box office link. The show all events needs to be taken off, and litterally show all events in order Job done
I didn't know how to do it before I logged on as I have a season ticket. Rarely go to the Box Office page. @nezbfc has it on the money. SImple tweak to wording would make it much, much easier, but that doesn't mean it's difficult to begin with.
Why isn't there a big red box on the official site home page that, in a huge font, says something like "CLICK HERE TO BUY TICKETS FOR TONIGHT'S MATCH"? Anything other than that is too difficult to find, despite what others may think. Some people will just give up and stop at home rather than keep scrolling, clicking and searching.
This is exactly my point. It doesn’t matter if 80% of fans can get there in one click. If even 5% of people trying, can’t find it instantly and easily, it’s just another c0ck up. There are several tech savvy people in this thread who have come up against an obstacle. That could be due to a variety of reasons. However, not listing match tickets for tonight ahead of car park and Ipswich away tickets is just a basic error that needs sorting.
There’s lots of different ways to land on tickets for the game. On the ‘Latest Ticket Information’ page there’s a huge ‘Buy Home Tickets Here’ section. If you visit next game, as if you’re looking for iFollow, it says ‘Buy Tickets’ where it is the club badges in the versus mode. Another tickets drop down list has ‘buy home tickets’ and ‘buy away tickets’. I’m not suggesting it couldn’t be easier, and mentioned this to the club an hour ago when calling on a FanZone question, so they’re going to look at making it even more user friendly going forward.
My entire point is that it could and should be alot easier. But whilst you have the attention of the powers that be, please mention bird sh:t on seats.
Looks like it's already been rectified! I clicked on tickets> buy home tickets and the next home game was showing. To see car park tickets you need to apply the filter. Easy.
And my entire point was that of course it could be made easier, and I’d point that out on your behalf. Which the club appeared to have acted on
