Crawley and Lees 66 innings between them Passed 50 just 9 times Just 2 centuries. How long can Crawley dine out on that 267?
I was meaning to get a list of Crawleys scores this year but I’m fairly sure he hasn’t got a fifty in last 9 test innings
Love the fella. Proper old school and mad he plays county championship in April time rather than being home in the IPL.
Crawleys test average is 26. If you remove his 267 , his average would be about 21 which is only 3 above Stuart Broads.
Rich entertainment today. A very absorbing test match, and a welcome bounce back from England's performance in the first one.
Everybody seems to be doing that except the openers so it’s the worst possible news for Brook. He must have a record for being in the squad most times without officially playing ( he did a bit of fielding once ) Sorry to mention Brook again
Who do you drop for Brook? As for the openers. They have both had a good crack at it however international level is a step too high for them. My picks as replacements would be Ben Compton and Dom Sibley.
Yet another no ball in the match. Something as simple as keeping a foot behind the line has cost us a few times now.
All credit to England who won as comprehensively easy as they lost the first Test. Gawd knows who’ll win the last !
https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/...hopes-his-test-life-begins-at-30-caps-1332851 Brook should be getting announced today for his test debut tomorrow.
About bloody time …. He’s been so unfortunate that all players he could replace suddenly hit form or were undropable It’s taken a broken leg for him to get in
