Shame really - he’s got some quality without doubt. Showed it in parts last season.

Just the application which is missing - but off the field issues have been mentioned, so we don’t know all the facts.

Absolutely, there were times he looked head and shoulders above other players last season.
HE Just seems to lack that team ethic that's required at teams like Barnsley.

One of the Forest players went to see Brian Clough, "Boss I've scored 5 in 7 games, why am I in the B team?", "because you're too good for the C team"

If Leya Iseka is one of the high earners getting him off the books is not going to come cheaply.

He signed a four year contract just over a year ago and has three years left to run. As always his transfer fee was undisclosed but the likelihood is that it was substantial. Given his abject form it’s highly unlikely anyone will want to fork out a fee for him or match his current pay deal.

I think the best the club can hope for is a loan where we still meet part of his salary. Long contracts aren’t always valuable to the club.

Conway should be strung up from tarn hall flagpole, for signing Oulare and Iseka. Cost us in the region of £3m. Those two signings have hampered our player budget for years.

One would have hoped that a good head coach, which is what Duff appears to be, could have got the best out of a player with undoubted talent. It's a pity there is no "not trying hard enough" clause built into Iseka's contract.

Just playing devil's advocate. What's the obsession with work rate over talent. We're lacking goals. It means Norwood, Aitchison, Marsh and Cole aren't scoring.

I'd play Iseka. Is there any wonder he isn't putting a shift in. He's been mugged off by consecutive Head Coaches since his visa cleared

He has the talent and should play. He's a waste of money because he's become a cashcow. Best way to make him earn his corn is by playing him.

Get the workhorses supplying him in the danger areas.

This obsession with attaching dust pans and brushes to all our strikers I've never understood.

What's up with signing someone and asking them to play in a twelve yard zone between the centre circle up to and including the opposition box.

It's where their most effective. Maybe it's over players that don't work hard enough to supply the ball in the right areas.

Same goes for all our attacking players.

I would rather have started him than Norwood the other night.

Should have played him at Leeds where he had nowhere to hide in front of 35000 fans.

If we're playing the high press it's all for one and one for all , however I am sure he would have had a bigger impact at Leeds than Norwood, without a doubt.

Jimmy Greaves didn't work hard. He just scored instead.

Duncan Norvelle would have had a bigger impact at Leeds than Norwood.

Totally agree . There's not much work rate going on at the moment . I've seen nothing that suggest Aitchinson or Marsh will fire us up this league . Cole is performer in one game in ten.

But what message does that say to the grafters and up-and-coming players?

If you are playing up front you clearly have to work hard off the ball as well as on, you need to support your fellow strikers & pull defenders here there & everywhere & make the runs, he doesn"t have this in his game, he is selfish & bone idle , the sooner he moves on the better especially with all the financial pressures us fans are under this guy is pinching a living , get shut !

That being the best is what counts sometimes? If course you need grafters but we do need goals too.
