2 mins. He had all pre season, 2 league Cup matches, 6 league games and now this one.

We should see a glimmer of improvement. But we are going backwards. He shows nothing of how to change things, just the same tactics.

We must be an opposing managers dream. All they need to do is watch 1 match and they learn 100% of our gameplay.

    Absolute garbage.

He's come in, he's got no money, no strikers, injuries to his best players, he has to shake off from the players one of the worst ever seasons in the clubs history, constant speculation about Styles & Helik, still trying to integrate new players into the squad, and that's before any of us know whats happening behind the scenes. Took him a while to get going at Cheltenham, then he got them their highest ever league finish in their history.

    The man needs time.

    Each to their own.

You are obviously impressed by what you are seeing then?

Duff is not the problem. This is very early days and he has been dealt a poor hand (poor quality players).
I'm still very optimistic he will turn us round....but be patient its gonna take a while.

Even with 11 men we were poor.

Slow of thought, slow to react, rather pass back than go forward, not taking risks, not taking control letting someone carry the can.

Norwood did the square roof of bugger all and then got himself sent off.

Herbie Kane was the one player who looked like a footballer, but they’ve subbed him off because they are saving him or they realise they need some legs on the pitch.

Walton came for a ball he had no need to, his defender was dealing with it, then kicked it straight to a Lincoln forward. Double dumb.

I have a feeling this was always going to be the case personally mate. Either that, or he comes on for the last half hour. I reckon he started though as a bit of a experience to the side

    Of course not.

But to suggest he's sacked is kneejerk at best, and idiotic at worst.

So suddenly we all care about this joke of a competition do we?! Not since Greg Dyke ruined it to “save the future if the English international team” by further allowing the premier clubs to justify their bloated squads with action against third and fourth flight teams, instead of encouraging them to loan these same players out to the same clubs, or heaven forbid sell them on before they reached 22…
It is essentially a B team and should be seen as game time and experience only, no more….

No creativity or desire tonight. A bit worrying that as surely some of these should be hoping to break into the starting line up. May was well write **** over this now & prepare for the Sty on Saturday,

Thank god we got rid of Conway and miraculously solved all our problems. The ‘new’ owners must be delighted with the improvements after the debacle created by the ‘old’ owners.

I'm afraid that half was shambolic. Back 3 exposed by wide play gives acres of space in the middle for them to cut through us. Ponderous and careless in possession. Dithering going forward, no drive - sideways and backwards - movement has to be so much better. Apart from that we've been great.
Second half we need to make the ball do the work going forwards and be more direct, take people on. Keep possession - don't waste it. Out of possession cut off the wide supply and get stuck in. Big ask, not holding my breath because I think Lincoln are playing with their brains and look tidy.
This will have to be some team talk at half time!

I don’t care about this cup, but I do care about the shambles of a performance, the lack of ability, and the absolute hammering a lower league club is delivering to us at home.

Up there with the Marine game in 1975. At least we were away in that one.

They're in the same league as us and we're playing our 2nd XI
