    But if you talk about what happens on the pitch.. manager and board culpable..

    Given that signings, wages etc are a massive part of the business. Both can’t be true.

    Would he have the authority to say withdraw from all competitions ? Close Oakwell? Install rail seats etc without any consultation of course he wouldn’t.

    What you would expect in terms of personnel is for a budget to be allocated and him have autonomy within that budget. Even at a very low level if I wanna employ someone I don’t have to get the CEO to ok it’s

    He's undefendable now IMO. People said to judge after the window etc. But it's been a shambles. Started the summer off well getting Duff then been downhill ever since.

    So he decides who we sign from the spreadsheet. Or does he run the spreadsheet. Or does he sign the players without watching em. And the manager has no input. Nor do the board. He decides who goes regardless of anything anyone says.
    Come on ffs . You are better than that. Or are you like some of the others on here. Who believe that's what was meant. I'm not exactly overwhelmed at the ins and outs. But to lay all the blame at his door is nonsense.

    We have a board who want the ego boost and prestige that goes along with being associated with an English football team.
    But want it for free..
    This is to all of you.. ether 5,hit or get off the potty. There is no point in any of you being here.
    The fans are asked to fund everything while you all keep your feet dry.
    That's me about done I think..
    Oh and Khaled.. if he receives a penny more than the Whiteys and Beth's at the club then well done to him.. cos he doesn't deserve it..
