    We have a player out on loan who is not featuring in a match day squad of 20.Conway signed him on a 3 Yr deal. I would find it hard to believe that his loan club are paying his wages.What is he costing us i wonder.

    He is long-term injured (again) and I find it strange that RWDM haven't shipped him back to his parent club (us) as is normally the case.

    Where he is is a mystery.
    Who pays him is a mystery.
    Why we signed him is a mystery.
    How we will ever rid ourselves of him is a mystery.

    We have a striker shortage but have one out on loan and another who doesnt train.

    Bring Oulare back and get Iseka involved.

    Both strikers have some sort of past playing history to demonstrate they are actually footballers.

    I would suggest the coach, Khaled and Neerav get them both in, find out whats up with them and sort it out rather than turn in their backs on them and spitting the dummy out.

    If it cant be resolved then there has to be a process to follow and going public saying one doesnt train well and the other a 6ft 5 striker sending him out of sight cant be in that process.

    Saw it posted on here a few times that he's on around 6-7k per week. I would assume we're paying 75% of his wages, so taking the higher figure , then we could be paying over 5k per week and he's not even at the club. Another one of Conman's masterstrokes!

    My guess is Oulare will never get another club, no one else could possibly be as daft as us. He’ll be running his contract down to the end.

    I hope we have some form of injury insurance. Paul Conway .....well I hope eventually someone carries out some sort of investigation into his involvement with football clubs.

    He has a torn ACL. No idea what he’s on but the suggestion that RWD Molenbeek, who average 2000 for a home game, pay anything like his salary is beyond belief.

    More like John Textor did his pal Conway a favour and took him on just to get him away from Oakwell.

    Isnt he on 7k a week a 3 year deal jist over 1million quid another stroke of genius by conman.
    Were most likely still paying over half his wages for a player not even here the mind boggles

    Ive not defended anybody, ive said there must be a process to follow when dealing with problem players i would think like anyone is to deal with it face on and not send them away or push them to the sidelines but keep working on it, the other way helps no one and we are potentially two decent league 1 strikers down.

    If it cant be resolved then there should be a process in the club to follow.
